What we collect

When you sign up for early access, we collect your name, your email address and your answers to the sign-up questions (such as where you are in your impact journey and how you found us).

Why we collect it

• To contact you about early access and updates on Impact Waypoint
• To understand where people are in their journey, so we build something that actually helps

We collect this based on your consent when you submit the form.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored in a secure database provided by Supabase hosted in the EU / Ireland. The site is built and hosted with Lovable. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

AI

Your data is not processed by AI tools. If that changes, we'll tell you before it happens.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the early access program ends, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving emails. Just email hello@impactwaypoint.org and we'll handle it within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site, such as which pages are visited and how visitors interact with them. Clarity may record session replays (clicks, scrolls, mouse movement), with form entries masked. These tools set cookies and may process data like your IP address and device information. If you'd prefer not to be tracked, you can block cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on
